Nature of the Site

This is a private reference resource that points visitors toward public inmate and jail-record channels for Lumpkin County and Georgia. It does not store official jail rosters, court files, booking photos, warrants, criminal histories, or correctional records.

The site cannot verify custody, release anyone, file a document, change a court record, remove a government record, or act for the Lumpkin County Sheriff's Office, the Clerk, GDC, BOP, ICE, or any other agency.

Allowed Use

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not use information found here to stalk, threaten, harass, or intimidate any person.
• Do not use site content for employment, tenant, lending, credit, insurance, or eligibility screening.
• Do not try to bypass security or gain unauthorized access.
• Do not scrape, crawl, overload, or disrupt the site.
• Do not interfere with another visitor's use of the site.

No Consumer Reports

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, tenant reports, employment screening, or consumer reports. You agree not to use content from this site or linked tools for any FCRA-covered purpose.

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or workplace screening.
• Tenant or housing decisions.
• Credit, lending, or insurance decisions.
• License, permit, or government-benefit eligibility decisions.
• Any other use regulated by the FCRA.

Outside Links

The site links to sheriff pages, jail rosters, Georgia court portals, GDC resources, federal locators, legal and open-records materials, and third-party search services. Those outside sites are not controlled here. Their content, uptime, fees, data handling, and terms are their own responsibility.

No Warranties

The site is provided as is and as available. No promise is made that the content is complete, current, uninterrupted, free from errors, free from security issues, or matched to every partner-search result.

• Roster, bond, charge, and release information can change quickly.
• Georgia Open Records Act responses may involve timing, exemptions, and fees set by the record custodian.
• Third-party and government systems may be offline, delayed, or changed without notice.
• Nothing here is an official statement from a sheriff, jail, court, corrections agency, or other government office.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, this site and its operators are not liable for damages, losses, claims, or expenses that arise from using the site, relying on site content, using a linked resource, or being unable to access the site.
